Well guys… I’m feeling pretty good. Still committed to my work out routines and kicking some butt. I am doing the online coach thing as well as modeling. Hoping to be fit enough to be a fitness model soon.
I started on a meal replacement shake for lunch yesterday also on toning forumla,omega 3 and calcium as well as creatine and recovery drink. lol I take too much crap,huh??
