Well after I stopped taking cellucor for a few days I thought I would give it another try since I spent so much on the stuff. I decided that maybe I shouldn’t take it the way they recommend. So I cut my dosage in half and for the past 4 days I have been taking it twice a day (but half of what it says) and so far I have not gotten sick from it and I can still sleep at night. Maybe next week I will get brave enough to try the full dose for a day and see what happens. Wish me luck!

Alright, so I began taking cellucor (D4 thermal shock, T7, WS1)on 12-02 I only took one dose that day. It made me feel so alive, I was wired. I put 2 miles on the treadmill and felt like I could run around the world that night the only reason why I stopped at 2 was I had to get up at 1:30am to go work for 12 horrible hours. Well then on 12-03 I took my dose that morning and again at mid-afternoon like it calls for. Again wired, very bright eyed I guess you could call it. On that day I had off and on nausea and a slight headache. I had no appetite whatsoever. The thought of food made me feel like throwing up, even worse and the sight of food well that was all out dry heaves. Both of the two nights I couldn’t sleep, maybe 3 hours each night is all I got. Which brings me to today (12-04)….I took my dose this morning and I couldn’t even finish my oatmeal at breakfast before I was dry heaving. And it only got worse, at work I was hunched over a trash can with dry heaves every 5 minutes or so. At times it felt like my heart was going to literally explode from my throat. I was extremly hot one minute and freezing cold the next. I assumed that this would go away as the day progressed. I took that dose at 2:30am before going to work and it’s now 4:50pm my time and I still feel awful. I have a headache and I’m extremly nauseated. If I sit really still I don’t get dry heaves but as soon as I get up and move around here they come. And that was the only dose I took today. I never even attempted to take my second dose that it calls for today. Has anyone else had this problem or know anyone personally that did? If so how did they make it go away? Please if anyone has any feedback on this it’s going to be greatly appreciated. Needless to say I won’t be taking any tomorrow in hopes I will feel better.

Okay this is totally not related to fitness at all. However, I was wondering if anyone has tried wrecking balm or knows anyone personally that has? I’ve seen the commercials and checked out their website. It appears to work, but for all I know those people could be lying and the pictures could be fake. I have eleven tats and a definate four that I would like to be gone. If anyone has any info that they would like to share it would be awesome!

Okay well it was brought to my attention that maybe the part on my profile that states how I stay motivated might offend someone. I honestly dont mean to at all so please dont take it that way. I’m simply just saying that everyday I see people that remind me not to give in to that temptation of eating really bad. I try to keep the image of what I want in my mind so that I dont fall off the wagon persay and then one day look in the mirror and not recognize myself. I think maybe I think differently than some people because everyday is a constant reminder of what I dont want to be. I love this website because it reminds me what I do want to be and it helps to stay motivated when you really feel like what’s use. So if I offended anyone I’m sorry. Everyone has different ways of seeing things and perhaps mine are a little different. (Or a little more honest)

Okay well I dont normally write anything in this area but I’m depressed today and feel like I should tell someone. I dont have anyone at work or anything that cares to hear about it. Its nothing bad but my boyfriend and I decided to get pizza on Sunday. Well…..I figured it wouldnt hurt that much because I havent had it in forever. Boy was I wrong. I put on 6lbs. from 4 slices of pepperoni pizza. What the hey? How do you put on 6 lbs. in one freakin day? I know that its not all fat, but damn. Total bummer. Anyways I’m super tired because I got up at 3am to put two miles on the treadmill before work. I need to get off here and get my workout done so I can spend time with my son. Does anyone else have this problem eating pizza? I just need to quit whinning and suck it up I done it to myself. I just really dont understand how 4 pcs does this to someone.

Ok maybe ya’ll can help me understand this. I started doing 4 miles a day on the treadmill at 4.0mph and a 10% incline. Well there has been no budging with my weight and actually after 2 days I was up a pound from where I started. I know that diet has alot to do with weight and how you look. I eat 5 to 6 times per day and I drink 1 gallon of water per day. I’ve been taking BSN Atro-phex in hopes it would help me lose weight…..nothing on the scale. It does however seem to make me feel more awake. I guess I’m totally missing something but I dont know what. If anyone has any suggestions or knows what I’m doing wrong any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
