Time to set a new goal for cardio!
My new favorite runing path is down a dirt road where a new community is being developed. I’ve heard that softer surfaces are better for your joints than running on pavement. Today was the second day I did this run. I don’t know what the distance is (I’ll measure with my truck’s odometer later today), but it takes me approximately 15 minutes to complete, which is adequete cardio for a weightlifer, according to many sources on this website. Today I managed to run more of it without stopping than last time. I took some ephedra, hot rox and a multivitamin immediately before hand; I’m not sure if that gave me a benifit or not! Hopefully next time I run (probably tommorow morning) I’ll be able to complete the whole path without stopping.
