Getting it.
I hear a lot of people spend several years before they finally "get it", they figure out what effective bulking, cutting, lifting, nutrition, hydration, rest, supplementation, cardio, etc. really is. Although I’m always learning new stuff, I think I’ve finally, after about four years of lifing, discovered how to train efficiently. I can’t wait till I’m down to 5% body fat to start bulking, I should be able to put on some decent muscle now that I think I know what I’m doing.
