New plan to get cut.
Sunday, March 4th, 2007I’ve decided upon a new cardio program. I hate doing cardio, but I’ve been introduced to a new plan in which I only have to run for a few minutes at a time. Basically, I run three laps before I lift weights, and then do two to three laps after every set to keep my heart rate jacked. With my current weight program, I’ll be running about 10 - 15 laps 4 days a week, which I hope will help me reach my body fat goal of 10%.
