Alright. It’s time to kick it in gear. It has been a long vacation and now it’s time to work. I’m posting new photos, but any progress that has resulted since November is purely coincidental. My weight has come down 10 pounds, but this is due to change in eating habbits.
Motivation - March 28th is when me & my wife set out on our cruise. I am looking for some serious body change by that time. When I look good, I feel good. This is my short term motivation - which also has put my training into 1st gear; hard!
Eductation - Education has always been a key factor in any of my successes. Well, this is no different. I am looking to stay informed and "in the know" on all current & and time tested philosophies for optimal health and fitness. This is where BodyBuilding.com comes in. This website has become my primary resource for staying in the game.
Support - It’s important to surround yourself with people that influence you postively and represent your goals & lifestyle. That’s where you guys come in. I am hoping to build a good support group to keep me going when the going gets tough. My network on BodySpace will be my mental fuel.
I am always eager to listen to others’ stories and learn through their experiences. Bring it on…
