Some one Get me a Scalpal, I’m gunna do some cutting!
Sunday, September 14th, 2008I did 8 weeks of Heavy lifting, doing 3-5 sets of 6-12 reps each, now I am going to take 2 weeks solid of isolating my abs, no other body part, to help jump start the shed the unwanted portion of my stomach. After those two weeks I will be starting my high rep- low weight weight regiment to help define the muscle mass I have. If anyone has any suggestions I am always willing to listen, because I know my stomach WILL give me problems!!!!
I am glad that we have this place to help us along!
