My work out was not so good today, I have a pain in my shoulder. It has been hurting when lift for a week. so what i learned is my shoulders need more work.
Well the week 1 is over after today on the plan,feeling better about it since I went to lower reps with more weight my ego is getting huge not much else yet lol…
But like the routine but my right shoulder is a little shaky probably because I hit back and shoulders pretty hard before i started this plan.It better go away because I’m not stopping.
Well it’s April in the land of frozen hell and we get a blizzard go figure kids will off of school today, and I will have to push back my lifting time.
