not enough
Wednesday, December 19th, 2007I am 215 lbs I’m trying to take in 400g protein not really working I started back lifting 2 1/2 months ago seeing some gain I will post my log. but really need to put on size have tried in the past but gave up and did more martial arts to make up for the slacking in the weight room now i wanna get huge so any ideas so i can pound down enough protein without taking 200g in supplements..
