			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Morning all,  i was 356 pds, now im 200, 156 pounds gone!!!!!!!!!!!, and 50 more to go, ive been training hard,and toning up, switched up my routine for the month of February, im doing two hours of water &quot;liquid cardio&quot; on mondays, and wednesday, tuesdays, thursdays, fridays are gym floor time, cardio, and weights, saturday is MMA class, and sunday, i do stuff at home, what im still having a hell of a time with is, i still that cripple in the wheel chair, at 356 pds, at and a size 39, im 5ft 7, 3/4, (almost 5ft 8 lol), im now 200pds, and a size 16, my goal is 150 to 160, and a size 10, i have a really nice guy, i have been talking to, and im goingto lose him if i ready havent, because, i cant get past the &quot;CRIPPLE FAT CHICK&quot;, he is in great shape,and a cop, he knows all about my back, and what i went through to walk again, and everything, and how my ex cheated ,and told me how used up, and ugly, and fat i was, that still in my head too, Chris tells my im the stongest person he has ever met, and i cant do anything, but i cant do the one thing, he asked me to do, and its driving me crazy, i cant step out of the box, i cant let the wall drop, i feel like a weak ass,when i look at me, im not at the weight, i want to be at yet, i see this monster, and i cant make it stop, how do i get her out of my head, and the old me back???, i was never like this untill, 22 aug2004, Im from the Jersey shore, we are ass kickers here lol, not weak and used up, this guys is handsome,and well built, and whats he want with me???, when does this stop?? when do i start to feel ike im worth something, sorry to vent on all you guys, but i just feel lost, and like ill never find me again,

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>im back, its been a crazy month and a half, but now im back, i missed this site, and wanted to &quot;HI&quot;, hope all had a nice Turkey day, i had 22 people , at my house playing football in the street, setting off car alarms, it was great lol lol,.just glad im friends with the police in town lol lol, i have stepped up some things in my workout, i had to see a speicalist in New York, about my back, and the fact ,i wont let them put a rod in it, after 2 MRI&#8217;s and a look of , cant make her do it, i got the all clear to go back to my MMA classes, and i start the first of the year, im so happy, and i got the all clear to kick box also, so it was a good visit, im starting to feel like the old me, LOOK OUT lol lol, the trouble i can get in lol lol, well my friends im off to the gym, hope you all have a great day,

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>what a bad night i had, my ex came over to get some stuff, and we started to talk, i had on my skinny sweats lol, i was getting ready to hit the gym, i told him i was 12pds away from getting my next tatt, i have lost 18 pds since i joined this site, i told him im getting a cougar tatt, thats the symbol for a woman, who like younger men, my ex is 8 years younger then i am, i just like younger guys, well he told me ,i was getting a &quot;Tramp Stamp&quot;, (its going on my shoulder), and that,i was acting like a teen aged &quot;whore&quot;, and that no matter what i did, i was still used up, and a cripple, that noone would ever want me but him, and i needed to get over it, he cheated on me when, i was in rehab learning how to walk again, he made me cry, i swore he&#8217;d never do that again, but he did, im still upset today, but id rather be alone for the rest of my life, then with a cheater like him, just needed to vent, now im off to yoga, hope you guys have a great day,

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i go to my gym everyday, for at least 2 hours, i do water classes, and cardio, i so suck at lifting, im not sure what to do, the Trainers handle me with kid gloves, due to my back, i cant say i blame them,  but sometimes &quot;ya just wana be normal&quot;, so lastnight i watched some people on the weights, and tried some of them, one of the guys, that is always lifting came up to me, and told me, i wasnt doing right, and i would hurt myself, so he showed me the right way, what a nice guy, then he said, &quot;dont get upset, but you look great&quot;, (why the hell would i get upset?? LOL), he told me that he has seen me, in the gym and im doing great, we talked for 3 hours, while he helped me with the weights, i told him my story, and what was wrong with my back, and why i really needed to get my core tight, and my back strong, well i now have my very own, &quot;weight guy&quot; lol, as long as i need him,  he is also a runner, and before mylife crashed and burned, i ran alot, i loved it, that was and is still a goal of mine, to run again, he is going to help me with that too, just when you think, that people dont care, about the people around them, you find ones who do, i have a new workout buddy, and a new friend, i kinda feel like the old me again, still have a ways to go, but im getting closer and closer,

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i dont really weight myself in middle of a month, but i had to today, i was getting dressed to  hit the gym, and i grabbed a pair of sweat pants i hadnt worn yet, they are a Med, i didnt think they&#8217;d fit, but, i tried them anyway, and THEY FIT !!, so i jumped on the scale, and i have lost 15pds, i  have stepped up my workouts, i do 2 hours at the gym,in the morning, and i walk 3 miles a nite, its funny how i didnt see the drop, untill i put the sweats on, my trainer was telling me i  looked thinner, but i didnt see it, untill today, i just so happy, im 15pd away from a goal i set for myself, i told myself when i lost 30, id get that other tatt im dying for, so im half way there, hope you all have a great day,

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Im new here, it took alot for me to post my pics, i was 356pds, im now 230, with 70 left to go, if you read my profile, youll know the story, im a little nervous, about having my pics up, i still feel like that gross 356pd wheelchair stuck person, not a day goes by that im not in pain, but i refuse to take anymore pain killers, or steroids, im told i will always be in pain, i have nerve damage to my left leg, from the Disk exploding, i lost Lower Lumber 3/4, 22Aug 2004, then 19 April 2005, part of Lower Lumbar 1/2, was taken out, im fighting a back fusion right now, the Docs want to put a rod ,and cage around my spine, i will lose almost 40% of my spine motion, so i said NO     i have a dream, of becoming a Personal Trainer, for people like me, the &quot;damaged goods&quot;, the ones everyone gave up on, i still have a pitty party every now and then, for what i lost, i was in school to be a flight medic, that dream is gone, but when a door closes, i do think one opens, i think this site might be the help i need,to get rid of the last 70, and to stop seeing that 356pd wheelchair person, Thank you, and i look forward to enjoying this site,
