what a bad night i had, my ex came over to get some stuff, and we started to talk, i had on my skinny sweats lol, i was getting ready to hit the gym, i told him i was 12pds away from getting my next tatt, i have lost 18 pds since i joined this site, i told him im getting a cougar tatt, thats the symbol for a woman, who like younger men, my ex is 8 years younger then i am, i just like younger guys, well he told me ,i was getting a "Tramp Stamp", (its going on my shoulder), and that,i was acting like a teen aged "whore", and that no matter what i did, i was still used up, and a cripple, that noone would ever want me but him, and i needed to get over it, he cheated on me when, i was in rehab learning how to walk again, he made me cry, i swore he’d never do that again, but he did, im still upset today, but id rather be alone for the rest of my life, then with a cheater like him, just needed to vent, now im off to yoga, hope you guys have a great day,

i go to my gym everyday, for at least 2 hours, i do water classes, and cardio, i so suck at lifting, im not sure what to do, the Trainers handle me with kid gloves, due to my back, i cant say i blame them, but sometimes "ya just wana be normal", so lastnight i watched some people on the weights, and tried some of them, one of the guys, that is always lifting came up to me, and told me, i wasnt doing right, and i would hurt myself, so he showed me the right way, what a nice guy, then he said, "dont get upset, but you look great", (why the hell would i get upset?? LOL), he told me that he has seen me, in the gym and im doing great, we talked for 3 hours, while he helped me with the weights, i told him my story, and what was wrong with my back, and why i really needed to get my core tight, and my back strong, well i now have my very own, "weight guy" lol, as long as i need him, he is also a runner, and before mylife crashed and burned, i ran alot, i loved it, that was and is still a goal of mine, to run again, he is going to help me with that too, just when you think, that people dont care, about the people around them, you find ones who do, i have a new workout buddy, and a new friend, i kinda feel like the old me again, still have a ways to go, but im getting closer and closer,

i dont really weight myself in middle of a month, but i had to today, i was getting dressed to hit the gym, and i grabbed a pair of sweat pants i hadnt worn yet, they are a Med, i didnt think they’d fit, but, i tried them anyway, and THEY FIT !!, so i jumped on the scale, and i have lost 15pds, i have stepped up my workouts, i do 2 hours at the gym,in the morning, and i walk 3 miles a nite, its funny how i didnt see the drop, untill i put the sweats on, my trainer was telling me i looked thinner, but i didnt see it, untill today, i just so happy, im 15pd away from a goal i set for myself, i told myself when i lost 30, id get that other tatt im dying for, so im half way there, hope you all have a great day,
