Monday, January 15th, 2007Well, I hit my yearend goal of losing 30 pounds and reducing my bodyfat. I’m so excited. I’ve updated my goal to lose 20 pounds and reduce my bmi by 4-5% by March. That would put me at 130 lbs and 14-15% bmi. I really don’t want my bmi to go lower than that. I’m still hoping to compete in the Woman’s Figure in May and if I hit my March goal this would give me a couple weeks to change my diet or target tough areas.
My problem area is lower abs, thighs and in my opinion, my butt. I’ve added another day to lower body and lower abs and I’ve been slacking a little on cardio with the holidays. I need to maintain. My diet is clean.
