First Day of workout
Monday, April 2nd, 2007Today I did a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill. The heart rate monitor was at 119bpm when I finished. Todays workout targeted the lats and the traps. I felt pretty good after leaving the gym and I am hoping this doesn’t catch up with me later in the day. Most of the times I have gone to the gym for a workout, I have felt tired about midway through the day and then began to get sore 2 days later in the targeted areas.
