Friday…Shoulders/abs/calves
Good day, went with barbell presses vice DB’s and I thin I’ll stick with them for awhile, I just feel like I get a better pump and more overall woork using the bar on shoulders so we’ll see how it goes. Here it is…
Standing BB shoulder presses

Upright rows (Smith)

DB rear lat raises
15×10, 20×10, 20×10
Shrug machine
8 plates x10, 10 plates x10, 10 plates x10
Donekey calves - 4 sets of 15 with 6 plates
Rope crunches - 4 sets of 15 with 100lbs
