does anybody have any good nutritional tips for me to gain weight!!!

The key to gaining good weight is to eat clean x2. This means eating two servings at a time of everything that’s good for you i.e. chicken breast, fish, sweet potatoes, pasta, brown rice, oatmeal. Eating garbage will just put the added weight around the gut, ass, and hips…not good. Also, restrain from eating added calories 3 hours prior to bedtime. A small meal should do.
