Did I just workout beside Frank Mcgrath??

Alright so im from Ontario Canada and work out at LA Fitness here in Brampton. I swear I was working out beside Frank Mcgrath today. At first im just like holy shit this guy is huge. Then im like, this guy looks familiar. Then I see his Animal Pak baseball cap and it hits me that this guy is Frank Mcgrath. His forearms were bigger than my quads. If anyone knows if he is in this area and can confirm this that would be great. I was in shock to say the least.

Sun Burn + Squats

So as the title says I have a horrible sun burn and was doing squats  last week. It was torcher. I didnt know what was more painful the sunburn or the burn in my quads. Anyway, wear sunscreen people!

Triphase Training by Derek Charlebois

So today I started the Triphase training program made up by Derek Charlebois. Its a 9 week program that changes every week in one way or another. I have tried a similiar program in the past and made some pretty good gains so im looking forward to this program because it seems to be designed really well. You can find the Free E-book about the program on bb.com’s homepage. If anyone else is doing this program let me know how its going for you.

B.F %

So today I got my B.F % done and it came in at 18%. To me that seemed a little high. I would of figured my b.f % would of been between 12-15% but not 18%.

Feeling a little discouraged.

Ok so after looking at some old pics im feeling a little discouraged. I feel like for the amount of time i have been working out I havent made the gains in muscle size that one should. I have been lifting weights since i was 15(nearly 21 now). Now granted when i was younger i had no idea what proper nutrition was all about.  Im deffinitly not going to give up here because i do think i have a better body than your average person. I just hope i can start to get things right. Right now im 170lbs and i wish i knew what my body fat % was but lets just say the abs are barely poking through. I could cut down to 155 but I really dont want to be 5′10 at 155 whether im cut or not. So i am going to try to continue to bulk and trim away as much fat as i can. I know many people say this cant be done but im going to give it a try.

Leg day not as succesful as i hoped.

Alright so today was leg day and it didnt go exactly as i wanted it to. I recently injured myself in jiu jitsu  and have a lump on my shin. I got it x rayed and the doctor said nothing was seriously wrong but to ice it every so often. So today doing legs it was fine during squats and leg press but for leg extensions i had to go super light or it would hurt like a b*tch. Hopfully it goes away soon and i can get back to my regular leg workouts.

New To BodySpace

Hello everyone,

Well as stated in the title i am new here but have been at the iron game for a while now. I decided to create a bodyspace for some extra motivation and to keep track of progress. My goals are to add some size and muscle to my frame. My body doesnt look to bad right now but im always looking to improve. I just recently started working out at a new gym and for the first time ever i have a training partner. So im looking forward to seeing what working out with a partner can do for me. I will try to keep this updated as much as possible and hopfully i will have some pictures to show whether or not my hardwork is paying off.
