Negative Calories in the Diet - What’s the problem?

can anyone elaborate more on the negative calorie diet???

it has been a crazy jam packed weekend and it is only saturday night! woo exhausted!! but I am going to Instructor training tomorrow and I am excited to be done nannying for a day- since wednesday when I got the girls it has been pure chaos!! I picked them up from school took them to gymnastics… then to eat_ subway- they like salads and stuff there so it was quick and alot better than Crap Donald’s… lol

then we went and got our flu shots - I took them to visit with their dad and then we went to walmart to pick up some necessities for the week! headed home and did home work!! then thursday morning we woke up I took the oldest to school and then we went about out day- lets just say thursday ended at about 9 for the little girls 11 for me-

Friday- we woke up went to school- I took the little one with me to 24 hour fitness where i taught camp 14 and 24 Lift- then we went and ate lunch- after lunch had to get our nails done- its a must!!! after that I went home and changes clothes then we had to pick the older one up from school. We then went into town bought warm winter clothes- went home and showered changed for the football game and then headed up to watch high school football with friends- got home at around 11pm went to sleep and then…

Saturday- woke up had breakfast we got dressed went to 24hour fitness, I taught camp24 and Everlast shadow boxing… left there went to lunch then went home changed clothes headed back into the city and went to watch the movie IGOR( btw Pretty good) I took them to build-a-bear.. and then we headed back home. Got here packed up all their stuff and then I took them back to their house where MOMMY and Daddy were waiting- now I am off to bed … Have Instructor Training in the AM- and PM tomorrow!! wooo hooo

pretty much I am in disgusted with myself- i am the heaviest I have ever been and I can seem to do anything right!!! I am in a downward spiral to out of control !! I need to get a grip… I am feeling a little overwhelmed right now and the fact that I feel like I am getting pulled in so many directions it doesnt make it any easier- stress / cortisol is not my friend!! more like my frienemy!! booo stress

WOO busy day for me!!

This morning was pretty hectic… I woke up about 6 am fix me some breakfast.. then headed off to teach my classes at 24 hour fitness. This morning was camp 24 and 24 lift - it equals 30 minutes of cardio plus 1 hour of strength training- well I got to the club early to do a little extra cardio on the tredmill before class.. I did about 20 minutes then I went to set up for classes… they were super fabulous with high energy and crazy fun members who always push me to be the best instructor ever- well after these classes were over I was putting up my equipment and I have to tell ya I was whooped! I noticed the cycle instructor wasn’t there to teach yet… (and she is normally way early) so i was kinda in shock- I had just did my instructor training and havent auditioned yet to be complete in the system for cycle but I knew something needed to be done for the members- so I went down to the CM Jack- he is super cool! and asked what he needed me to do and what the protocol was- so I went back up stairs and began the warm up (mind you I didnt have my cycle music either) … it was going great- but still no true cycle instructor- well I got into it we were doing hills in the Sahara desert .. going on a nice tourist ride on the beaches of hawaii and all that I was pushing them and 30 minutes later in comes the instructor- so I got a little more cardio this morning than I was anticipating but hey_ it was great….

then this evening was 30 minutes of boot camp aka camp 24 followed by Everlast Shadow Boxing ( there is a contest going on right now for the instructors ) and S.E.T. (strength and endurance training) and after that I did 45 minuted of abs and gymnastics condidtioning- …

Now I am off to bed- and will rise and shine to go teach me so 24 lift in the morning !! yeah Baby

Day of Rest-

October 19, 2008

so today was a pretty lazy day- I slept in for the first time in forever- I guess I needed it… then I did some light shopping with my mom:o) retail therapy is always good!!! I was planning on using this day as a day of rest but - I changed my mind!! I am going to go tumble to night with the college cheerleaders and that will be my workout for today-

then tomorrow starts my busy busy week- I have 30 minutes of bootcamp in the morning followed by 1hour of strength training(total body)

then I get 5 hours break then head back to the gym for 1.25 hours of cardio with bootcamp and shadow boxing followed by 1hour of strength and endurance training!  I am meeting with the new trainer on tuesday and also I am adding two more cardio days this week on wed and thurs my friend MICKI and I will be running by our house (hill work) … but thats pretty much it! and I am loving herb grilled salmon at the moment with steamed broccoli and red bell peppers! ooo yummy_ that was dinner for tonight I at that about 5:45pm so excited!

Hi ,

I am a GX girl for 24 hour fitness - and my goal is by Europa 2009 to compete in fitness- as of late I haven’t been seeing any results- i am so aggervated with my training and diet. it seem like my body just catches on too fast and then its back to gaining again- I mean.. I understand that the more strength i do I will gain more muscle mass and that will ad good weight not bad weight- but this week I surpassed the marker I never wanted to be close to-

I am 5′11" and I stay very very active- sometimes I wonder what my bodybugg would say to me if it could talk! lol just the other day I burned over 6,000 calories in one day- yeah I did that!!! lol but I am just going through some major mental and emotional struggles with being a newbie and very uncertain on what to do next-but that is why I am getting my trainer back- actually I am having to get a new trainer- why? because the 2 I was using moved to Florida to open new 24’s there!! yeah- but I know a few that are pretty good and would now what it takes!
