Yay!
Everything has been going great the last few days. I’ve been having good lifting days and PR breaking cardio days. It’s so weird to me how some days ae great and other days suck. That’s ok though b/c when I have a crappy cardio day or just feel really weak on my lifting days I know a really good day will come soon to make up for it. Now I just need to find a protein shake that agrees with me
