I Need Help Eating Better
Thursday, October 18th, 2007For whoever reads this and might have an opinion on how I can change my eating habits. Here’s my history.
I grew up not eating very healthy and mainly eating whatever I wanted. Therefore I have a sweettooth for sweets and junk. Not necessarily candy and whatnot more like, McDonalds, BK, Chick fi La, Wendy’s ect….
I did change my eating habits a few years ago and saw good results but I think I didn’t do it right bcuz I did get more lean but I didn’t gain mass which back then I wanted too.
Nowadays I have a new approach to how I want to look. I do not want to gain who mass. That would make it difficult to crawl around in a burning house if I was big and bulky. I do want to lose weight in my mid section the most bcuz every since I started workin at the fire dept. we have a circle K gas station next door and I get between 3 and 5 44oz. Sweet Teas a day to stay hydrated for "the big one". Don’t get me wrong, I love water and when I’m workin out or workin hard outside I love water. But when I’m studying in side half the day or watchin tv at night before bed, it’s hard to drink just water. So would anyone have any recommendations of something that tastes good and won’t put on the sugar pounds?
The eating habit I had mentioned earlier I def. wanna change like right now! I can’t stand the way I’m looking anymore. I prob. wear a 36 in. waist now and I wanna be back to a 32 like I used to be.
Can I get anyone’s opinion on how I should be eating (carb wise, calorie wise, which fats are good bad). How many calories a day should I be eating?… Maybe let me in on how you eat, or what your eating goals are.
I don’t have a prob. workin out, just the eating horrible is kickin my ass…
