I Need Help Eating Better
For whoever reads this and might have an opinion on how I can change my eating habits. Here’s my history.
I grew up not eating very healthy and mainly eating whatever I wanted. Therefore I have a sweettooth for sweets and junk. Not necessarily candy and whatnot more like, McDonalds, BK, Chick fi La, Wendy’s ect….
I did change my eating habits a few years ago and saw good results but I think I didn’t do it right bcuz I did get more lean but I didn’t gain mass which back then I wanted too.
Nowadays I have a new approach to how I want to look. I do not want to gain who mass. That would make it difficult to crawl around in a burning house if I was big and bulky. I do want to lose weight in my mid section the most bcuz every since I started workin at the fire dept. we have a circle K gas station next door and I get between 3 and 5 44oz. Sweet Teas a day to stay hydrated for "the big one". Don’t get me wrong, I love water and when I’m workin out or workin hard outside I love water. But when I’m studying in side half the day or watchin tv at night before bed, it’s hard to drink just water. So would anyone have any recommendations of something that tastes good and won’t put on the sugar pounds?
The eating habit I had mentioned earlier I def. wanna change like right now! I can’t stand the way I’m looking anymore. I prob. wear a 36 in. waist now and I wanna be back to a 32 like I used to be.
Can I get anyone’s opinion on how I should be eating (carb wise, calorie wise, which fats are good bad). How many calories a day should I be eating?… Maybe let me in on how you eat, or what your eating goals are.
I don’t have a prob. workin out, just the eating horrible is kickin my ass…

If it’s got to be sweet, you owe it to yourself to try products with Splenda. Splenda, in my opinion, is the best tasting calorie free sweetener….give it a try, and I think you’ll never look back after the pounds start to fall off. In regards to diet, if you are looking to lose fat fast, drop your carb intake: low to none and replace with healthy fats, mono and polies, while upping the protein intake. That is the basic diet tenet I follow when cutting…..

I use something called "stevia" to sweeten my coffee etc - instead of using the other stuff:) its expensive ( the drops) but worth it

I was going to reply, but you already had two of the best in all of Body Space reply to you. All I can add is perhaps a little lemon in your water, that works for me when I’m sick of drinking water. And when you have to eat out stick with foods that are clean, Chick Fil A has great salads. Good Luck, –DJ
