I took the day off today because my back was aching, so i wanted to let it rest, I should have been eating a lot more than what I did but I did have quite a bit of fruit and still had breakfast because I can’t go without it.
The pains in my back got a lot better and I did treat it with an icepack.
Does anyone else tend to get pains in their back the next day from deadlifts?
I want to know if it is a sign that I am overdoing it or a sign that I am challenging my body.
