First thing’s first
Sunday, April 20th, 2008At 6′0 with a weight of 150lbs and 14% bodyfat there are some things i want to change. I want to get 10 to 15lbs of muscle and drop bodyfat to the single digits. Would it benefit me to take a run before breakfast if i want to cut bodyfat and use the food’s energy for lifting later that day. Any suggestions?
