Smooth

March 30, 2009

Every year i go throught the procedure of giving myself a haircut [below the neck]. Its just a ritual i’ve been doing since my freshman year in college. Back then i would always hear girls complain about not liking a lot of body hair on a man, so thats how i got my start. After a while i was like fuk’em, and kept it up out of my own satisfaction. Now that I’m older I find that women really get a kick out of my soft curls that appear on my chest. LOL. Even had a few complain that i’ve cut it all off. To those who like rubbing your fingers thru my hair, dont worry it will be back after pool season. And i will keep it low just so that you can continue to have something to play with ;) LMAO. And for all the fellas who occationally hate on my [as you like to call it] ‘taco meat’- dont worry son, its just manhood; you’ll get there someday.

Obliques, are you there?

February 23, 2009

My oliques have always been a behind the scenes kind of muscle. Even with single digit bodyfat they were absent from pics. Im trying to put them in the lime light. Any suggestions on how to properly do so along with cardio and clean eating?

First thing’s first

April 20, 2008

At 6′0 with a weight of 150lbs and 14% bodyfat there are some things i want to change. I want to get 10 to 15lbs of muscle and drop bodyfat to the single digits. Would it benefit me to take a run before breakfast if i want to cut bodyfat and use the food’s energy for lifting later that day. Any suggestions?
