Its been awhile…

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

…but I still remember just the way you taste… Remember that Staind song? Good one. Anyway I haven’t blogged in a while but I figured that an update was in order. Life has been good. Some things have changed but when its all said and done it is for the better. About a month or so ago after having to turn down a gig modeling as the Human Torch and Submariner for some Marvel project because I was too fat I decided to make a couple of changes…Maybe I’d been a little overzealous trying to reach 250 anyway. That, coupled with my new diet- DESPAIR- I’ve succesfully whittled my waist back down to respectable proportions and managed to even keep some of that new arm size I gained over winter. In case you’re wondering what the DESPAIR diet is- this is how it works: Basically you have to break it off with your significant other, stop eating anything save whey, meat and red wine (for carbs and antioxidants) and continue your current lifting program. If you can swing it, man whore around as much as possible for cardio. Viola! 20 pounds or more gone in one month of debauchery and fun eating! Oh, okay fine, the aforementioned diet is for entertainment purposes only and should not be followed by anyone… or is it…?

So yeah, I’ve got a couple of new progress pics up and even my first one taken with my Iphone, which is really shakey :/ The Iphone by the way is probably the best/coolest electronic purchase that I’ve made so if you are thinking about one, they’ve got my vote. Have a great one folks and train hard!
