Supplement Reviews and a couple of Olympia pics

So I wrote some new supplement reviews on my profile page and am anxiously awaiting my new order to come in. Got some No Shotgun that I am really looking forward to, the samples of it I recently used really impressed me.  Also, I wanted to share a couple of pics from the Olympia weekend:

David Adduction 320

So the adduction machine that I have at the gym broke and I was wondering if anybody out there had any experience fixing those things. I’m not terribly tore up about it, I’ve never used one in my life and sorely wish I could get (more of) the  women in my gym to squat instead of using lame ass equipment like the David Adduction 320. I can’t even find "David" fitness equipment on the internet… This would be a good chance to teach people to squat, but I know there will be alot of folks pissed if I ditch the machine… Sometimes I wish Curves hadn’t closed here lol.

Anyway I’d rather fix it because the economy sucks balls and I really don’t want to lose that recently acquired Curves crowd. So again if anybody knows anything about it hit me up. The right leg on it isn’t functioning anymore and just swings loosely. All the mechanical stuff is inside of a case and I can’t see what came apart. Can I take that case apart and put it back together without f*cking the machine up more? Do I need some random tool that only exists in secret Chinese factories?

Things have been good lately. Training has been going well- two adays most days with 2-3 days off a week. Been getting a fair amount of sleep and eating extremely well-even my cheats are pretty damned good. Still have some dark beers in the diet though, not gonna cut those for a little while. Still planning on the Excalibur in Culver City in December. Pretty excited about it really.

Been supplementing in style since the Olympia expo. Tried all kinds of new stuff and what is neat is some of it isn’t (or wasn’t) even out yet. Mitotropin, some Champion supps. Wish I had gotten more Volumaize samples…

Anyway one of these days I’ll get the pics from my gf’s computer and post them on here- though I didn’t take any with any pros really. Dunno why.

Strength is going way up as my joints get better. My elbow is like 95% and my shoulder has had no pain for a while now..Knock on wood that continues..Well thats about it, besides last weeks lifting highlight for me- my last two sets on rack deads were 855×6. Have a great day folks!
