The last two days
Were pretty easy. Just a couple of light upper body days, both of which were simply sort of circuits (say that fast) that had a semi-focus on one part. The first day was arms and yesterday was kind of centered around delts. Today I plan on doing legs and core work. I just did four whole minutes on the stair stepper- and I haven’t even eaten anything yet. holy sh*t. lol. cardio is lame, I’ll do more later. Have a good morning folks.
