Ugh, I am wasted now. Never do legs in the morning, well at least never squat in the morning… Did this morning. It was rough. Nothing even really heavy but this workout actually made me want to quit in the middle. That’s good I guess.
Squats
2 warm up sets bar then 135.
10×10 with 225
Leg Press/ Leg Press Calves Superset
3 sets at 415×20/415×50
Ham Curl/Hyperextension Giant Sets
2 @ 105×10/ bodyweight x 15
this is when I went outside and threw up for a while
2 more sets just like before I puked.
Finished up with six sets of abs.

It’s nice to see someone out there who appreciates what high reps (I do 18-21s) can do for the lower body! Ah, the days of working out so hard I’d puke! How I don’t miss them! (I learned to stop eating 1 hour before doing upper body and at least 1.5 hours before doing lower body.)
