Ohh Hump Day
Another week is halfway down. Crazy how fast it goes sometimes. Anyway good workout this morning, probably gonna hit the same parts this evening but from different directions. Oh yeah- and I did do another workout Monday afternoon- a short add on to my arms for the day.
Pulldowns for warmups- first time I’ve done even light pulldowns comfortably since early July/late June. I’m happy.

4-5 reps a piece between 225-495 (90 lbs jumps)
