Catching Up
Training has still been going well, just been too busy/lazy to post em. The week of Aug 25 was finished up with two more workouts. The week after that, last week, was kick ass. 10 workouts 5 days- all of them good- though the last one of the week didn’t have quite the intensity that the first one of the week did.lol. Maybe I’ll write them down here at some point but right now that’s too many sets, reps and pounds to bother with. Probably more than a million pounds actually. Anway getting back to the blog action today after a great weekend of rest and a night of the best sleep I’ve had in months.

Probably gonna try to get another lift in today before I head to Bakersfield, but we’ll see- it isn’t imperative and I plan on fewer than ten workouts this week
