I swear that its as if I can only get one good work out per week now. I feel like a retarded Mike Mentzer. Things go great for one day and then my body is pretty much sh*t for the rest of the week. I got a chest workout in yesterday and all of my pressing was crap because my elbow was bothering me so badly. I thought it was only on pullup/down/row and curl type movements ’cause it didn’t bother me overhead. Incline, flat and machine press all suck too though. Wonder wtf it is. Anyway just felt like whining for a minute, have a great day folks.
