This week’s workouts
Monday was an odd day, various joints are still sucking and my body has just been hurting. Oh well, it isn’t over training cause I’ve only trained a handfull of times in the last month or so, just been generally burned out- one of those things you just have to get through. Anyway Monday was a small bodypart, high rep extravaganza. I’m really tired of the high rep crap, but my body just isn’t holding together on low rep heavy stuff.
Monday:
Pushdowns
a few hundred reps between 50-200 lbs superset with one arm overhead extensions @ 25×15
Rope Hammer Curl
75-80 reps with 90-150 lbs
Dumbbell Curl
Set of about 50 performed "21s" style with 30lbs
ditto w/ 25lbs
Incline Close Grip Dumbbell Press
45×65 superset with two hand overhead extensions w/ 100 lbsx15
Machine Curl Partials
80lbs for lots of reps two times
Seated Calves
160×50
195×35
Standing Calves Machine
stack x 50; stack x 30 and stack x 30
So yeah, kinda weak but I got a good pump. Today I did the rest of my body for the week (as I’ll be busy camping for the rest of this week). Went heavier in some areas and actually was quite pleased with my deadlifting, went really well considering I haven’t done full deads in well over a month.
