Oh Yeah
Did some triceps yesterday too. Was originally planning a full arm workout, but I jacked some stuff up in my elbow during my back workout last week ( part of why I cut this week’s short) and biceps weren’t a terribly good idea yesterday. Maybe I’ll get them a little after some chest and shoulders today. We’ll see…I swear if it isn’t one thing it is an other, isn’t it. Sheez. Decent pump on the tris though
Pushdown Stack Run/1 Arm Overhead Extension Giant sets
100×15/120×15/150×15 followed by 35×15 overhead
150×15/200×15 folled by 35×15 overhead
2 Arm Overhead Extensions (dumbbell)

Triceps Extension Machine
80×15
Probably also gonna hit some close grip bench today during chest. Good workouts ya’ll.
