Oh Yeah

Did some triceps yesterday too. Was originally planning a full arm workout, but I jacked some stuff up in my elbow during my back workout last week ( part of why I cut this week’s short) and biceps weren’t a terribly good idea yesterday. Maybe I’ll get them a little after some chest and shoulders today. We’ll see…I swear if it isn’t one thing it is an other, isn’t it. Sheez. Decent pump on the tris though :)

Pushdown Stack Run/1 Arm Overhead Extension Giant sets

100×15/120×15/150×15 followed by 35×15 overhead

150×15/200×15 folled by 35×15 overhead

2 Arm Overhead Extensions (dumbbell)

2 @ 100×15

Triceps Extension Machine

80×15

Probably also gonna hit some close grip bench today during chest. Good workouts ya’ll.
