Wednseday

Short but sweet weight workout, but I did a bunch of cardio today because I was working on the treadmills, wound up cruising a few miles getting everything ironed out.

the weights:

Wide Grip Pulldown

250×15; 300×15

Chins

bodyweight x 35; bodyweight x 25

Stiff Arm Rope Pushdowns

120×20; 150×20; 200×12

Wide Grip Pull Ups

2 @ bodyweight x 15
