hi how you doing, i was hoping that maybe you would know of something supplement wise to help with my dieting. I weigh about 245 but i would like to stay at this weight but im trying to lose body fat. so if you know of anything out there that actually works could you let me know. trying to get a flat stomach. thanks bro.
