Thanks man, I was actually fairly suprised with that today. I did close grip for the first time in months (since I hurt my shoulder) last week and was pretty strong so I decided to work with it again this week. Sucks a little though because my close grip strength makes me want to bench for real, but I still don’t trust wide grip barbell benching and my AC joint yet.
