so i tak eit ur in to workin legs, well what do u think would be kinda a good start for gettin back into legs? if u dont mind me askin i need to get them ore defined thats what im lackin in big time i dont neglect them totally but i need to get that motivation to ge tthem bigger and more defined any ideas?
