Well I’m still here and alive, still not training in full though. Shoulder is getting better (and it was AC not AV sorry bout the typo) but I can’t press, save for som light overhead stuff. No bench or incline really. Back arms and legs are staying pretty decent but its hard to stay motivated sometmes when you can’t do full workouts. Anyway just felt like writing something and to all good training.
