Well, I have been training some, but that is linited to arms and legs and some maintainence back. My right AV is seperated slightly (I guess it came through a basketball "owie" I had with weeks of training on top of it). So I’ve just been trying not to hurt myself or lose too many gains. Anyway, just checking in- train well people.

Started an extremely deloaded week this week. My body really just needs it again, started to lose some mass and am worn down.

All sets quite short of failure, just looking to get a little pump and go through the  motions more or less.
