Today was a good day. Switched a lot up, put exersices in weird orders and used some different rep tempos. I imagine my sh*t will be sore tomorrow.

    Some pretty nice weights here Bert. And yep, I would suppose with the two count stretches inclusive, your tri’s will be sore.
