Do you turn your wrists up on the rope cable curls or keep than straight more like a hammer style? I started taking ON Nitric Booster to help with the pumps, I do not know if it is or not but I bought it so I figure I will finish it. Have you used any of those type of supps?

I like to keep them straight like hammers, in fact the rope curl is my major replacement exercise for hammers. I dig the NO type products, but I haven’t used ON’s version.

I tried the incline dumbell curls, yeah, they hurt. I think I will be adding that one into the mix from now on. no cheating with thoughs guys.
