I just need to stay focused. I&#8217;m so pissed that I let myself go again but it&#8217;s ok. I am back on track now and I know I can do it again. I guess I underestimated how tough my first semester of nursing school was going to be. The semester is almost over now and I know what to expect next semester so now I can focus more on me again.

I have put on almost 10 pounds and I look very sloppy. All of that hard work all down the drain&#8230;.BUT I can do it again. I am giving myself 8 weeks (starting Monday) to get my body back. See you guys around! I hope to not be a stranger anymore.

I dropped down from 5 days/week at the gym to 2 and I started eating like crap. Nutrition is the KEY!!! This week is a brand new week for me and I am focused once again. I taking my supps religiously and I am committing myself to 4 days in the gym with some serious cardio. My nutrition is back on track and I hope to lose the 6 lbs I gained by the end of next week! I don&#8217;t look as bad as I did when I first started&#8230;. I still have some definition but I feel like I am starting all over again. It so sad. No excuses. I need to pack a lunch and snacks for when I am in class and at the hospital. I&#8217;m such a loser!! I can kick myself!! That&#8217;s ok&#8230;. I&#8217;m back!!!! I hope everyone has a great week&#8230;&#8230;WORK HARD!!!!

Even though I haven&#8217;t been able to go to the gym as much as I would like, I am still keeping the weight off. I haven&#8217;t gained any weight but I am noticing my cuts diminishing a tad bit but that is expected when I can&#8217;t hit the weights like I was. I am still taking my supplements religiously and I am convinced that they are the reason that I&#8217;m not gaining the weight back! It&#8217;s the best! I am going through so many life changes at the moment and it is all a bit overwhelming but I am ready for it!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>     Well, leave it to me to catch bronchitis over the holidays! It was pretty bad too. I&#8217;m happy to say that I am feeling much better and I started back at the gym after two weeks off. I was certainly weaker than usual but at least I got back in there. I ate like crap over the two weeks and got little to no exercise. I also had to stop taking my supplements because they could interfere with my antibiotics. I felt so good to finally start taking them again this past Monday. I stopped into NutriShop to pick up some more Nature&#8217;s Fuel this morning. This regimen that I&#8217;m on is so kick ass. I can&#8217;t say it enough. I have been getting quite a few people asking about my supplements&#8230;. I am not so good at explaining the exact science behind them all so anyone with any questions&#8230; please call my buddy Vince! He is amazing and he will answer all of your questions!! 813-684-2390 All of you have seen me go through my transformation. I would say I did fairly well in the beginning but noticed a HUGE difference when I started taking my new supplements. Anyway, I hope to post some new pics soon. I am busy with school and to be honest, I am pastey white from being stuck in the house and prefer not to look ghostly in my pics! LOL I hope everyone is having a SUPER New Year!!!!

I was a machine!! As soon as I finish I take another scoop of Pro5 with a scoop of GL6 (glutamine complex). I&#8217;m really hoping that this will do the trick to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I have never in my life worked out with so much intensity!!  Everone was really watching me today! I must have had that &quot;Don&#8217;t screw with me&quot; look! LOL Anyway, I will let you know how I am feeling in a week!

The diet, however, is another story. I can eat protein no problem. This no/low carb thing is killing me. I am so exhausted. I am on the CHA diet and I have to say that I&#8217;m not liking it. High protein, high fat, low carb. I really think I was losing bodyfat better my way. I was eating oatmeal and sweet potatoes with my first 2 or 3 meals and I was much happier. I will give this another week and see what happens. I have actually put on some weight so I am not thrilled. I also have major cravings this way and think that it may lead to some serious cheating. UGH!!! All this nutrition crap gets so confusing. I wish it were easier to figure it all out. It&#8217;s a whole lot of trial and error but I am still happy with the way things are coming along.
