I let myself go and I am PISSED!!!
I worked my ass off to get to where I wanted to be and I let it all go once school started. I dropped down from 5 days/week at the gym to 2 and I started eating like crap. Nutrition is the KEY!!! This week is a brand new week for me and I am focused once again. I taking my supps religiously and I am committing myself to 4 days in the gym with some serious cardio. My nutrition is back on track and I hope to lose the 6 lbs I gained by the end of next week! I don’t look as bad as I did when I first started…. I still have some definition but I feel like I am starting all over again. It so sad. No excuses. I need to pack a lunch and snacks for when I am in class and at the hospital. I’m such a loser!! I can kick myself!! That’s ok…. I’m back!!!! I hope everyone has a great week……WORK HARD!!!!

LOL.. don’t be so hard on ur self. And ur not a loser. A loser would not get back in the saddle. Good luck on staying focused!!!!

You’ll have it back plus gains in no time. This is normal. We subconciously do it to keep our fire burning. Now put in the work!!!
