I let myself go and I am PISSED!!!
Monday, February 2nd, 2009I worked my ass off to get to where I wanted to be and I let it all go once school started. I dropped down from 5 days/week at the gym to 2 and I started eating like crap. Nutrition is the KEY!!! This week is a brand new week for me and I am focused once again. I taking my supps religiously and I am committing myself to 4 days in the gym with some serious cardio. My nutrition is back on track and I hope to lose the 6 lbs I gained by the end of next week! I don’t look as bad as I did when I first started…. I still have some definition but I feel like I am starting all over again. It so sad. No excuses. I need to pack a lunch and snacks for when I am in class and at the hospital. I’m such a loser!! I can kick myself!! That’s ok…. I’m back!!!! I hope everyone has a great week……WORK HARD!!!!
