Week one:
I finished my first week (Monday-Friday) of my new "plan." The training was piece of cake. I never have a problem with discipline in the gym. The diet, however, is another story. I can eat protein no problem. This no/low carb thing is killing me. I am so exhausted. I am on the CHA diet and I have to say that I’m not liking it. High protein, high fat, low carb. I really think I was losing bodyfat better my way. I was eating oatmeal and sweet potatoes with my first 2 or 3 meals and I was much happier. I will give this another week and see what happens. I have actually put on some weight so I am not thrilled. I also have major cravings this way and think that it may lead to some serious cheating. UGH!!! All this nutrition crap gets so confusing. I wish it were easier to figure it all out. It’s a whole lot of trial and error but I am still happy with the way things are coming along.

have you considered taking an energy supplement that is caffeine/ephedrine free to help with energy levels?
