Getting back in the groove….

I do NOT recommend going on vacation and eating like crap! When I got back I felt like crap and it was tough getting back into my routine. I had to work twice as hard to get back what I had the week prior! I am now back on my game and ready to make some serious changes. I am lifting heavy and have turned up the heat on my cardio. No more messing around. I made a huge change when I first started this whole transformation in just two months. I want to make another transformation now. I am looking to really build some nice lean muscle and seriously lean out….. but not too much. I don’t want to look "thin."

thank you for writing this. I am about to go on vacation next week, and I jjust know I am going to eat like crap. I have to try and make a conscious effort not to. Keep up the good work, you are getting some nice muscle showing. :)
