Getting back in the groove….
I do NOT recommend going on vacation and eating like crap! When I got back I felt like crap and it was tough getting back into my routine. I had to work twice as hard to get back what I had the week prior! I am now back on my game and ready to make some serious changes. I am lifting heavy and have turned up the heat on my cardio. No more messing around. I made a huge change when I first started this whole transformation in just two months. I want to make another transformation now. I am looking to really build some nice lean muscle and seriously lean out….. but not too much. I don’t want to look "thin."

thank you for writing this. I am about to go on vacation next week, and I jjust know I am going to eat like crap. I have to try and make a conscious effort not to. Keep up the good work, you are getting some nice muscle showing.

im in the same boat here,
the start back is the hardest thing and its a mental battle too.
