Almost three months into my transformation….

I feel like I’m not making much change lately. I know these things take time so I am going to be patient. I saw this girl at the gym that has the most amazing body….when I say amazing… I mean AMAZING! I asked one of the guys that works there how long it took her to get like that and he said 9 months of hardcore training. She does weight training 5 days a week and cardio twice a day 6 days a week! UGH….. that is alot of time at the gym. I haven’t had any personal trainers or nutritionists so I can only imagine what changes I could have made if I had help at the gym! Anyway, that is my rant for the day!

I got my mojo back!

Finally back into the swing of things and feeling stonger than ever! I’m eating great, doing lots of cardio, and lifting heavier than I ever have before. I love this high that I am on. I notice myself walking around with my head held a little higher. I still remember walking into the gym and not really knowing what I was doing. I watched everyone else and just tried to figure things out. I wouldn’t even walk over into the free weight area because there were so many guys over there and I was just not confident enough. Boy how things have changed! I did tons of research, got fantastic advice on this site, and even started talking to some people at the gym. I now go over in the free weight area and lift with the best of them! It feels really great! I actually had someone come over and ask me for help! Now THAT felt good! Anyway, that’s all for now!

Getting back in the groove….

I do NOT recommend going on vacation and eating like crap! When I got back I felt like crap and it was tough getting back into my routine. I had to work twice as hard to get back what I had the week prior! I am now back on my game and ready to make some serious changes. I am lifting heavy and have turned up the heat on my cardio. No more messing around. I made a huge change when I first started this whole transformation in just two months. I want to make another transformation now. I am looking to really build some nice lean muscle and seriously lean out….. but not too much. I don’t want to look "thin."
