Measurements….

Either I am measuring wrong or I am losing my mind. How is it that I can lose 1/2 and inch in my waist in 3-4 days? That is just not possible or at least I thought. Anyway, I am trying to take daily pics now so that I can truly watch the transformation. I cannot wait for my next 8 weeks! I am becoming a psycho in the gym! LOL I also tried SuperCharge Xtreme N.O. today. Pretty good stuff. I’m still all jacked up though. I haven’t decided whether or not I like this feeling!

not sure, you might flux a little here and there. water weight? not sure but whatever it is keep up the good work.

Could depend on when you take your measurements in morning as soon as you wake up or at the end of the day.

When I get on a scale I do so first thing in the morn, lowest point of hydration and no food. If I weigh myself at other times during day, I am usually 2-3 pounds heavier (mainly H2O). So, following that "logic," if you are measuring yourself at different points or after you’ve eaten a high salt meal (water retention), you are likely to see more of a difference.

    Best!
