I have a birthday coming up soon…
and I want to look AMAZING!! I know that a bunch of us will get together and go out and I really want to feel good and look good!! So now I have a good goal…. I have 6 weeks to get this tire off of my midsection! (And hopefully see a little definition)!!

i am going to say happy birthday now. because if I wait 6 weeks… well, men never get the day right…
something that worked for me. you need carbs during the week, to get through your job. so I went 7 pm until noon the next day sunday through thrusday with no/little carbs. eat carbs for lunch, so you get mad at everyone. then friday at 7pm no/little carbs until sunday lunch. again carbs (some, still minimize) from noon to 7 pm.

Something that has helped me is a light steady jog in the morning and then HIIT after my workout. Also writing down what you eat helps. I try and consume about 30 to 40 grams of fat a day. I don’t worry much about carbs. I just don’t eat them after 5 PM. I pack snacks at work. Turkey deli meat with whole wheat crakers and Dannon Light and Fit yogurt. Lunch either a salad or sandwhich, then midday two scoops protien or cottage cheese w/ strawberries and supper chicken with veggies. Cardio and moving quickly through the weights, keep rest less than 60 sec. I hope this helps. It has worked for me.
