Ok…well, I am finally seeing a little change!
It’s not as much change as I would have liked but I will take it. I haven’t really lost enough around the midsection but my legs are arms are really starting to take on some shape. My main concern is getting this "tire" off of my stomach area. I am eating really clean, lifting weights, and doing my cardio. i don’t know where I am going wrong.

Well that has to do with body fat as I found out over the last 4 months.Everything else was showing lots of improvements but my stomach still stuck out.But as my bf% decreased,finally so did my stomach.Basically you are doing the right things.But more cardio burns drops the bf%,how much cardio are you doing?
