Eating right?
I feel like I am eating right. I htink that I am eating enough. Here is what I have had so far today….
7:30–Protein Shake, Fiber One Bar ( I was in a hurry)
10:00– Banana (workout)
12:30– 4 oz low sodium turkey, 1 cup grapes
4:00–4 oz low sodium turkey, sweet potato with cinnamon

I realize this is two weeks old, anyway if you’re still eating like this here goes: You want to be careful that you are not going too low on your calories, it’s looks like that’s awfully low. By going too low you’ll be eating into muscle and risk slowing down your metabolism. Make sure you’re only slightly in deficit when losing weight to avoid this-shoot for 1-2# per week.

Thank you for your comment. No, I am not eating like this anymore. I have actually switched it up a lot. I have nixed the fruit and I’m eating a little more complex carbs and a ton of protein. I’m still having a little trouble eating the 1800 or so that I am supposed to eat but I am working on it. I get really full really fast. Thanks for your input! It is very much appreciated!
